How do I register an account?
To register your account, go to the registration page. Enter your name, email address, password and click on «register» button.
Does it cost anything to register an account?
No, account registration is completely free.
How do I log in to my account?
After creating a new account, go to the login page. Enter the same email address and password that you registered. Click on «login» button.
I forgot my password, how do I reset it?
Go to the password recovery page. Enter your login email address and click on «reset password» button.
How to delete my account?
Login and go to the profile section of your account. Scroll down the page and click on the «delete my account» link.
Can I have multiple accounts?
No, you cannot have multiple accounts. Only one account is allowed per user. Any multiple accounts will be permanently banned without any warning.
I got banned, why?
You probably broke one of our rules. If you feel you have been falsely banned please, contact us.
How do I keep my account safe?
We recommend you use a unique, strong password. If you notice suspicious activity on your account please, contact us immediately.

How to take part in giveaway?
Choose the giveaway you like. Click on the «take part in giveaway» button.
How to create a giveaway?
Login and click on the «create giveaway» button. Then fill out the needed information.
How old do I have to be to take part in the giveaway?
You must be at least 18 years old to take part in the giveaway.

Referral program

How does the referral program work?
With the referral program, you can invite your friends to GiftMiner and earn points.
Who can participate in the program?
Every registered user can invite new users and earn referral points.
Where can I find my referral link?
Login to your account. If You don't have one, please register. Go to the «earn points» page and get referral link.
How much can I earn?
You can earn 500 points for each successful referral.
What is considered a successful referral?
A referral is successful when the referred person earns 100 points.
